How to Register

Before you sign up 

  • Have your school Student Number (6 or 7 digits) ready! 

  • Have your PEN  (Provincial Education Number - 9 digits) ready - although not mandatory for registration.  

  • Check our Richmond Virtual School Timeline for important dates to confirm this course fits your plans.

  • Discuss grad plans and check out post-secondary prerequisites with parents, counsellors, websites, etc..

  • Know that students cannot take two identical courses at the same time.  Do NOT register if you are already presently enrolled in the same course somewhere else. 

  • International Students please check with your ISP School Coordinator (usually a school vice-principal). Fees may apply.

  • If you are NOT currently a student in the Richmond School District you will need to register with a virtual school in your district.  Exception provided for Dance, Theatre & Oval program students.
